Sometimes we don't have to travel far to find cool places to stay. I found a very eclectic loft in Virginia Beach for a rental, and it was one of the coolest places I have seen. The architecture from the outside is a barn, but inside, it is a fun modern space. The use of rich wood and industrial metal makes the rental unique.
A kitchen with modern cabinets and waterfall marble on the island. Floor to ceiling windows in the front and rear let in a ton of light. It has the feel of a modern residential home, although it is commercial real estate.
