My career in photography started with high school seniors, I can say I have honestly taken thousands of graduating students pictures. Being a commercial photographer, many people don't think I still take portraits, but in all honestly, a senior portrait session is the ultimate editorial, PR, and personal branding all wrapped up into one.

Even though the Class of 2020 has had the most unusual year, Mia had a great attitude. She had fun outfits picked out and finished with her cap and gown. We could go anywhere in Hampton Roads for pictures, as there are amazing spots in all our cities, whether you want the Virginia Beach oceanfront, an urban look in Portsmouth, more country in Chesapeake in Suffolk. Mia decided to keep it local to Norfolk, and the Neon District and Freemason sections provided the perfect backdrop. It was fun when people who to a moment to congratulate her as they drove by while she was in her cap and gown. Check out the slide show of her session below.
