It was worth the drive up from Norfolk to Charlottesville to capture this uniquely purposed building nestled in the mountains. Managed by the Seminole Trail Group, the building is pretty unique, fitted to be an updated workspace for today's technology. The tenants include a screen-printer, laboratory, industrial retail, continuing education, and even a microbrewery.
