A Twist on the Modern Farmhouse

One reason I love real estate photography is is is fun to watch a neighborhood start to come together. One of the trends I've noticed in a lot of communities is that they now have a central clubhouse. WeldenField and Rowe, the builders of the Retreat at Bennett's Creek, have taken it to the next level. This clubhouse with vaulted ceilings and exposed post and beam is a good interpretation of the modern farmhouse: a gourmet kitchen, pool table, card area, gym, and pool. You feel like you are in a home than a clubhouse. It's resort living on the water (be sure to check out the drone shot) in Suffolk, Virginia, and only minutes from downtown Norfolk you feel like you live in the country.
